For online reservations, please book at least three working days in advance for regular days and seven working days in advance for consecutive holidays and the Chinese New Year period. Working days are calculated excluding the departure day, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Changes/cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the original scheduled time through LINE online customer service. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not allowed. Cancellations within 24 hours are considered as utilizing the service once, and the service fee is non-refundable. If rescheduling is made in advance, it still needs to comply with the requirement of notifying at least three working days in advance (seven working days in advance for consecutive holidays and the Chinese New Year period).
